Class Guidelines
How do I know if this class is right for me?

Classes are appropriate for all skill levels, ages 12 and up, unless specified otherwise. If uncertain, you may want to talk to our knowledgeable staff. Perhaps request a materials list. Or view finished class samples at WMJA. Also, our classes are small so that you receive personal attention. Usually we have from two to four people. For some classes, we can handle six people.

How do I register?
For unfilled classes, your space is reserved when fees are paid either in person, by phone, or by mail. If a class is full, you may ask to be placed on the waiting list. When you are ready to register, please call us at 715.779.5262 and have your checkbook or credit card handy. Or email us your questions and/or registration requests. Our mailing address for registration by check is: Water Music Jewelry & Art, 13 S. 2nd Street, PO Box 1412, Bayfield, WI 54814-1412.

When should I arrive?
We start classes on time, so please arrive early with your specified materials and tools (if any). If you need to purchase materials or tools at Water Music, please purchase them at least the day before. Session lengths are approximate.

What materials should I bring?
A materials list, if any, will be mailed to you or given to you prior to class with your receipt. If you would like to purchase your materials at WMJA, we would be happy to assist you during our regular business hours. We can also help you after class. Bring your tools, or use ours.

What if I need more time to finish?
You will be given instructions to finish at home, as well as shown how.

What if I can't make it?
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we fill your space from the waiting list, or unless we cancel class (for example, due to weather conditions). If you cannot make class, please call us as soon as you know.

What about bad weather?
If we cancel class due to weather, we will call you that day (or earlier) at the number you left us, then reschedule the class (or provide a class voucher). When in doubt, call us.

Do you teach privately or for groups?
We will work with you to teach or create the class you would like, tailoring it to your group of two or more, and to your budget, either on site or off site. Just give us a call or email.

What if I have more questions?
Please telephone us during normal business hours at 715.779.5262. Or you may email us at mary@watermusicjewelry.com.
