You may
order by telephone during normal business hours, or by leaving
a message for us. You may also order by faxing, mailing,
or emailing our order form. |

Once we
receive your order, we will call you to confirm it and to
request payment. You may pay for your order via:

Shipping |
|
In-stock
jewelry items ship within a day or two. Custom Memory Bracelets
can take up to four weeks in our busy season. If timing is a
concern for you, please let us know when ordering.
Shipping charges are based on
weight and insurance value, starting at $3.75. We would be
happy to calculate your shipping charge when ordering. Your
order is mailed via U.S. Postal Service, first class and insured.
If your order arrives damaged,
please return it to us. We will repair or replace the item
and ship it back to you.

Tax |

We
will add 6 percent sales tax to orders (including shipping charges)
that are mailed to Wisconsin addresses. |

Returns/Guarantees |
|
We want
you to be delighted with your jewelry. Therefore, we
will confirm your order with you prior to making your piece.
Once you receive it, if you are not delighted, you may return
your unworn jewelry for a full refund within 30 days of
receipt.
If you are not satisfied after wearing the piece, we will
work with you to redesign it to your satisfaction.
If the piece does not fit, you may return it with sizing
instructions and we will size it and ship it back to you. |

Materials
and Workmanship |

Water
Music artists make our jewelry out of stone beads, sterling
silver, and other natural materials. We use a flexible,
49-strand braided steel cable coated in nylon for our Memory
Bracelets. Charms attach via soldered sterling jump
rings. Because of the care with which we make our jewelry,
it should last years with normal wear. Handle it as you
would any other piece of favorite jewelry.
Please note: because the beads are stone, they can
break or chip. In extreme cases of wear, cables may fray
or break, or links give way. (Some customers wear their
jewelry 24 hours a day; we do not recommend this as
"normal" wear!) If these events happen, please
return the jewelry components to us for repair. Call for
charges. |

Additional
Charms |
|
Depending
on the Memory Bracelet size
you order, one or two additional charms can be added to your
bracelet for $10 each. Charms may also be added (or removed)
at a later date, but we must restring the bracelet. Call
for charges. |

Special
Orders |

We offer
jewelry design services and bezel setting, complete with
sketches and estimates. We also offer custom beadwork
services. Please inquire. |

Security |
|
Your
orders, the information you provide us (name, address, email
address, telephone), and your financial information, whether
given in person, via telephone, via fax, or via email, is
strictly confidential. It is not shared with other
parties. |
